- San Jose is closest to me, so getting in on one of the sessions at Goodies would be best for me.

 

Once I get a final commitment from Jan I will redo the list. I like to know if everyone on the list will be ready once we get Jan to confirm the date with us.

I'm in the body shop right now,as some low life saw fit to key my car , but I can be ready if need be as I'd hate to miss this opportunity.

That sounds good to me. I will call the shop to give them heads up since they need a week in advance notice. I will also PM everyone on the list and would expect to get a response in time to make sure how many people can still make those dates.

This started out as a January tune session, and February was fine too.
Unfortunately I'll be traveling March 4 thru 19, and won't be able to make a tune session on March 6-7.

 

I am so very sorry dude.

Jan has been super super busy and it's been very hard to get him to come up here. We would have loved to have you make the event however. And again, I do apologize for having this take longer than expected. Jan is a super star now and is wanted everywhere.

Jan, can we clone you by any chance??

No can do for this guy. Just got confirmation that I have jury duty on Thurs (6th), which may spill over in to Friday.



I certainly understand Jan's limitations, but I was hoping that we could have gotten this done sooner....

 

I'm in Checkers is up and running. Just let me know what day 6th or 7th. All I have to do is get the new RMW cam installed and put 500 miles on the new motor.

Sharo, can you please add Mini'mon (posts #103 and #104 in this thread) to the list as tentative (not yet confirmed for the dates of March 6th or 7th)?

Just to give everyone who can no longer make it a heads up, there will be a future upcoming session in Fresno, which is a compromise from heading to SoCal (and still closer yet than those on the East Coast who would need to travel 3,000 miles to get to RMW).

Don't worry about their names on the list, once they can confirm for sure that they can be there I will add their names along with a confirmation status next to their names like I have above. So it's all good.

 

OK so these are the latest people that have confirmed so far.

 

OK allow me to ask everyone to let us know which day you absolutely can't make, either the Thursday and or a Friday session so we can have someone else come in and divide the members between the those 2 days to come in and do the tune.

Also, for those who can make either of the dates please let us know. This way we can juggle people between the dates, like if one can make the day that the other can't.

We need to keep a balanced amount of people between the 2 days.

In conclusion, we need fast response from everyone to let us know who is going to make this event so I can call the shop and reserve the dates for us. The number of tunning days chosen will depend on how many members are going to do this.
