What are you guys running at thill?

I have a 02 mcs that is my daily driver and a evo for my track car. I am considering selling my evo and tracking the cooper, buy Im just not sure if my ego can take the hit in lap times. So Im wondering what they are running with your standard track prep?

over the top or bypass? a 2:02 over the top would be f*&^ng insane out of a streetable/track car. Even with bypass a 2:02 is very competative tta times. ie: 300hp evo's, 250hp porsche's, etc. Also if I ran a 2:15 out of my car stock I think it would only be good for that for MAYBE two laps before the brakes went and the car got grumpy.

You will feel the step down from the Evo...

but you may be richer with the cash from the sale in your pocket...

depends on what you want to do with your track time. If you are out for fun and some learning, MINI good. If you are out to race, MINI bad...
