It would be nice if more MINI's showed up AutoX events. Usually there are 4 or 5 of us there. Last event there was one S running D Street Prepared with the fastest time of 50.697, three S's in G Stock with fast times of 48.754, 48.971 & 49.104, and 1 Cooper running in H Stock. The stock Cooper had the fastest time of all the MINI's with a run of 47.775. A very good driver.

You don't need mods to go fast.

This is the event calendar for the rest of the year. There is SFR (San Francisco Region) and SAC (Sacramento Region). SFR is having round 14 this month and that will conclude the Championship Series. The SFR Slush Series is shorter and runs through December and has 7 events. You accumulate points in both series for trophies.



I haven’t been to any of the SAC events yet.



SFR events require that you be an SCCA member to participate, but we also have a buddy program that waives that requirement for the first event.

I don't believe that SAC requires membership, but members do get a price break at events.
