I've been noticing MINIs appearing a lot more on TV shows recently. Chasing Classic Cars has Wayne Carini driving an F60 on route to look at a car in garage that conveniently has a MINI in it, which gets a lot of views.

Also in a few others shows who's names escape my memory. Curious if you have other siting's.

I'm guessing product placement is alive and well in these shows and MINI has decided to play along.

 

Seems like they are back on TV again. In 2005 is when I saw the most amount of MINIs. They had advertisements, TV placement, and the Movies.

Junkyard Empire was the other show I couldn't remember. Those guys are rolling in money and try to make it out like if they lost a few bucks on a car they would be hurting. Well run junkyards like pawnshops are very much the money makers! They were showing a MINI.

They do some cool looking builds, not sure how well they are done but they look great.

I see this one every day in the Tour de France coverage. Team Sunweb has been using MINI's for team cars since 2016.

Anyone watching the Dakar? Looks like Mini is going to be right in the middle of things with Sainz, Peterhansel, and Depsres all driving for the Mini JCW team.

Seems like they are back again.

 

Female lead in the TV series The InBetween is driving a Mini, I think it's an R50.
