Was just in bed flipping channels when I saw a Mini climbing a mountain on TV. It was a show about the canal at Corinth in Greece. There was a substantial amount of shots of the mini (which the interviewer drove).

Lots of good shots from almost every angle during the show. It was impressive how much they showed off that Mini !

They even did a close up of the mini badge on the front hood as the car
pulled up to a stop.

All this and the Sopranos too..... :-)

Any other sightings ?

 

There was one on the second season of Entourage, a cooper S that passed by an impound the guys were at to pick up their maserati.

 

Did the mini pull up to the maserati and proceed to blow it's doors off ? ;-)

 

lol no the maserati wasn't even in the scene,
iT passed right behind there yellow hummer h2 as Eric
was leaving.

 

I pulled up next to a new Lamborghini Gallardo at the light yesterday. Something told me it wouldn't have been his doors that got blown off.

Actually... in a distance race, you WOULD have blown his doors off, since he would have run out of gas WAAAAAAAY before you did.

 

Don't know if this counts - saw a red S on the weather channel a couple days ago. Not a good news story though as they were showing it was damaged by a hail storm somewhere.....in Kansas maybe?

 

If anyone saw X-Men 3, there was a HO MINI on the bridge right before the last fight.

 

Saw 2 in TNT's new show "Saved". It's a show about EMTs.
Anyway a HB/W in the driveway at the house of one of the EMTs ex-wife.
And a PW/B making a cool side manuever to avoid being slammed by the ambulance. Perfect car to use to make a quick move!

As posted a few weeks ago, there were lots of Mini's animated on the American Dad episode. (I think it was this past sesons' finale).

there's a mini in the new fast and fourious movie. In the begining when there pulling out the parking lot to go race there 's a mini parked behind them.

 

Watched Matchpoint which is set in london. Saw more than a few in general traffic and two pull up to a stop sign together. Lead me to believe that half the cars in London are MINIs.
Film was ok but a total chic flick, you've been warned.

I spotted one last night on "We're getting Married" with Chris Knight (Brady Bunch) and Adrian Curry. Adrian drives an Indi Blue (I think, but it might have been Hyper Blue) MINI. I believe it's a cooper, but I'm not too sure.
