Just want to see how many Long Island MINI owners are out there. I picked up Petey a few weeks ago after waiting since Frankfurt 1997 and with Spring almost herer on LI, the weather has been terrible, maybe we can all get together sometime. How about getting together to see the Italian Jobs on opening day on Friday May 30th or something, we'd make a splash at some theaters parking lot.

Although I now reside in Westchester, I greww up in Elmont, LI. I would love to come back for a rally there! How about Jones Beach? We can meet in West end #2 lot.

 

BXMINI stands for Bronx Mini Checking in from Long Island. Lived in 'the bronx' 30 years moved to elmont then settled in Massapequa. Always game for a meet or gathering! Went to Carlisle PA this weekend so I couldn't make the meet up the Taconic. Made the first meet maybe I'll make the next!! Jones Beach is cool! Just put the stars and stripes on the white roof of my DKSilver S, I think it looks pretty patriotic!! Saw USA Mini on the Southern State the other day. Nice plate! He must live out here as well. Hello Doug! Where's Dennis?? :smile:

we all hang out at ball hill which is exit 63 north off lie on tuesday nights. There is a big car show there. Hope to see new minis tis year.we try and get there around 5.30

 

South Shore Nassua here...we need a meet!!! Jones beach would be awesome - we'd have people swarming all aroudn our beautiful little cars! Let's do it. :smile:

 

Jones Beach sounds good, if the weather ever get nice. I was also thinking of meeting at the Farmingdale Multiplex or Broadway Multiplex in Hicksville for the Italian Job on opening night, would be pretty funny.

 

We are going to try for June 8TH (Sunday) at West End 2 at 10:00 AM.Then take a ride down Ocean Parkway to OBI.

Sounds good, and since I live in Wantagh, it's in my backyard.

If we meet at West End, I guess we have to pay the fee just to meet there? No biggie....
