I know several of you out there are NY/NJ: Rockland CO, Orange Co ,Westchester CO and NJ or Bergan Co MINI owners like myself. Many of you have bought your minis at either Westchester or Mahwah.I was thinking wouldnt it be great to get all of us from NJ,Bergan, Rockland,Orange and Westcheshester to go to a gathering and ride all our Minis to Bear Mt or someplace we could all have lunch and then drive back. Sooooo If anyone is interested write back. We might be able to start at one of the dealerships and they would sponsor it. We could take some pics of the gathering and meet in person all us locals that frequent this site. Soooooo again what do ya say???? Any ideas of
1. Where to start
2.Where to drive to
3. Cool place for lunch
4. Date and time we should plan this

We could start from dealership and drive to Chester(sugar loaf)??? or Bear Mt???

I live in Jersey but I always go there for rides in my Mini or my bike, I guess we could start at the dealer in Mahwah, an motor north.
We could start planing know and this could happen next weekend or the following.

 

Count me in. Starting in Mahwah and riding North sounds like fun.

 

Maybe before the run, we can enable the extra brake light mod for anyone who wants it.
Won't take but a few minutes per car.

You guys are great. Hey , Is there a club from NYNJ area that may have more people?? I really want to do this. Maybe the best way is to ask the dealers for names of people in area. They may not do this . Any ideas are welcome

it involves hooking up the rear fog lights to work with the brake lights
there's a topic called "rear lights" look there
