Personally ... no

There was a Cape Cod party last year (?) and a number of Boston locals went down so there may not be many people left still wanting ...

If Randy Webb does the install, the cost is $400 complete. There are also several other upgrades available at his pulley parties. A complete list and the associated costs can be found at his "Webb" site.

You make a good point, Ian, there might not be many waiting, but considering jsun's post, I too see SO many Mini's in Boston, that there might be a few lurking around on this board (and not posting)

We have three people who have shown some interest. (posted on Randy's WEBB Page )

All we need is 10 people total. Anyone else interested?

Ian does have a good point, but remember, only 20 or so MINI owners were involved in the earlier Party. I'm guessing we've got quite a few more owners interested in getting the pulley.

Even still, Hartford might not be a bad alternative if we can't get 10 people to sign up.

I'm up for it. (Pulley, Alta CAI and Unichip)

I'm pretty interested in a Hartford event and I think I might be able to bring another S driver with me. Let me see if I understand the concept though: A group of us meet somewhere and all get the conversion done on the same day, but because there are so many of us we get a reduced rate on the hardware and installation fee, yes?
Also - I see the Powership and EVOTech software, but no Unichip on Randy's site. I guess I'm missing something here.

Don't put me down for anything right now as most of the work has been done to my car. Unless the front mount intercooler is ready by then! I will just come down and hang out.

Cheers,

JD

The Unichip is available from Randy, he just hasn't updated his web site yet. He was instrumental in the development of the chip for the MINI.

Hey Jurni,

Hope you don't mind, but I just posted some info about the Pulley Party over on MINI2 in the NY/NE forum.

After having seen Randy work, I am definitely excited about making sure this Party happens.

Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, my facility will not be available for a pulley party this summer.

My apologies.

disco here. sorry guys but i'm gonna have to back out of this one. as much as i want to meet Randy and all the rest of you guys, i can't get the day off of work, and that Sunday i have a family party i have to attend. as much as i want the Alta pulley for the bling factor, Eric at Helix is a very nice guy and he had an opening that worked out for me. again sorry guys, i feel real bad. don't hate me.

I think Randy only does thr 15%... The price has been $400 in the past and if you purchase the CAI, he used the throw in the install. Randy Webb would be the person performing the install.

I have placed a call in to randy and I will post time slots once he gets back to us.

Thanks for your interest! I'll put you done as "on the Fence"
