Cool, I'll have to try this out in a few minutes. The last update didn't work for me, so maybe this one will.

No go; still can't get my car to update. I'm really not keen taking it to MINI and have them do it, very annoying.

That would be annoying. Got mine updated successfully, though.

Copy the install file to the root directory of a flash drive, plug it in to the USB port by the rail (not the glove box one), and select "Upgrade Software" from the Mini Connected options. Details can be found in this PDF.

Updated the Nav. system yesterday w/o any issues via the USB port in the glove box not the rail. Approx. a 50 minute D/L. No major changes on the outside…screen might of changed it's look a bit. Have yet to use it in detail…will travel later this week. See if it's worth the $260.

Downloaded and applied the update yesterday. No issues and seemed to go very quickly.

I haven't noticed any remarkable differences since upgrading. The calendar function is now grouped with the rest of the office options.

I'm using a an iPhone 4 with iOS 6.1...

Didn't work for me and my SA didn't even know about it. Even after showing it to him on MINI's website.
