MINI Click & Drive system cradle

Hello, I just upgraded to a Mini F56 2019 with a MINI Click & Drive system but my iPhone is too wide by a few mms for the cradle.
Is there a cradle wide enough that would fit the Mini Click & Drive system?
I like the facts that it has a USB outlet and can be folded out of sight and I'd like to keep it.
Thank you.

Hi Froggio,

I had this same question a couple of years ago and reached out to MINI customer relations and was told “no”.

If length was the issue there’s a MINI YouTuber @theminivlog who 3D printed a new lower area so his larger Android phone can fit and it worked perfectly!!

Hi Froggio,

My apologies, I assumed it was the wireless charger in the armrest.

In that case I would checkout the one from CravenSpeed. It’s awesome and I know a lot of MINI owners that rave about it!

There’s two mounting options to choose from and it supports the larger iPhone models.

Here’s the link:

I hope this helps,

Rich

When I used Click & Drive, I had a really wide phone. It's a very strong wide holder, I would have bought it again. This is what I replaced it with:

I got a newer MINI without the C&D setup, so I got the Gemini @Rich talks about.

For a magnetic holder (have not used, but CravenSpeed is a great company):https://www.cravenspeed.com/click-an...ccessory-pack/

it's regular ball mount. so I think you can use other MagSafe adapter ball mount mechanism to fix the issue.

No problem,

I’m looking into purchasing a phone mount that sits in the cup holder.

The one thing I miss since selling my ‘19 F56 S Iconic is the wireless charger/phone mount in the arm rest.

I may look into retrofitting the wireless charger/mount in the Paddy Hopkirk if I cannot find a good phone mount.
