I'm a new owner of a 2017 JCW coming from a 2010 R55. I've been trying to feel my way around all the new technology. I was able to connect my Android Samsung S10+ via both bluetooth and USB. Everything worked fine. But today for some reason when I connect via USB it just says "reading" and doesn't connect. I rebooted my phone, I uninstalled/reinstalled Mini Connected (old version) I tried using the newer Mini Connected but it doesn't work with my car. I even switched out the cables just incase. Still no go.
Very frustrating!

Any advice is appreciated!

Turns out I had to do a full factory install of my phone. Everythings working as it should now.
