Weird Preset Button Notifications on Central Screen

Hi,

I've set the six definable buttons on the central display to quick-dial various people. So if I lightly touch one of the buttons - without pressing it - the screen displays the name and number defined for that button.
Problem is that quite often when I'm driving, the central screen displays the definition of one of the buttons (as if I lightly touched it) with another line that states: "Cannot be saved".
But it does it when I haven't even touched anything.

Any ideas are appreciated.

I have had similar issues with my 17 F54 unit, but it has happened may 2-3x in the two years I have had it, so I haven't pursued it further. When this happened, none of the preset buttons want to work either as if one of the buttons is sensing something up against it. What seems to clear it up is a power off/on of the vehicle and then the head unit seems to do a total reboot startup with the swirling Mini logo. Wish I had more to offer, but unless the issue is happening when you have it a dealer or if you video it, they likely won't be able to do much of anything.

It happened once or twice on my 2015 F56 One. But now it's happening at least once a week on my 2017 Justa. It's annoying.
