Getting Rid of e-mail notifications
As requested by NAM, I posted my private e-mail address so NAM had it. Now I am getting spammed with notifications each time anyone posts to a thread I've post on/subscribed to.
I thought I'd changed every setting possible to stop these notifications. The one I haven't for fear of more massive cutoffs is the unsubscribe to all option. Is that the way? If not, how to I stop all the notifications flooding my inbox?

I've deleted your subscriptions on the site. You had nearly 300 threads that you had replied to prior to turning off your subscriptions. Going forward you can delete subscriptions by going to User CP and reviewing the subscriptions you have.
This should stop any email you receive from the site.

Eric,
Everyone's against me and in collusion with you. The evidence:
1. Dave sends a pm asking that I fork my address over to them, assuring me it will be kept private and used only to help if I forget my password etc.
2. Immediately therafter I start getting "notifications" each and every time someone posts to a thread I've also posted on.
3. Since I checked all filters I could find, Mark shuts off the spam machine at the Hearst Mansion, now NAM Corporate Headquarters.
4. Suddenly I am flooded with outside spam.
5. This bad spelling is my first clue my address has been sold to you.
6. Yup, as I attempted to block the sender the address comes up:
rowland.e@pimpproducts.com
You are all against me!!!

Two quick points of clarification
1) I did ask inioway to include an e-mail address in his profile. It helps both with password retrieval and with being able to get e-mail notifications for posts you want to follow. I was unaware that his account had been autosubscribing him to every thread he posted in. As a result he started getting baraged with e-mail once and address was provided for where to send it. Sorry about that inioway. Hopefully this hasn't scared you off of e-mail notifications.
2) Quite a bit of the post above is meant to be in fun, but just for anyone casually reading this forum, I wanted to clarify that North American Motoring does not sell lists of e-mail addresses.
