Just leased my 4 th Mini.

Dealer says this is stock. No antenna. Is that true?

 

Mine came with an antenna.

 

I'm amazed at how little they know what they sell. I was just driving a few new ones today and every last one of them had a complete antenna mast. #

My 2016 JCW came with the new antenna.

 

Smh....yes of course it is supposed to come with an antenna - they either are clueless or lying. Make sure they give you one. It screws in to the base as shown. When the car comes in off the truck, it is stored in the boot with all the other bits before it goes into PDI, maybe they just didn't put it on? Check your trunk, including under the flat load floor if you have one.

 

What nonsense. Get a better dealer.

 

I have a 2015 base 2 door and it has an antenna.

 

I have a 2015 4dr S and it does not come with an antenna.

 

It might not have had one when you took delivery, but believe me, it was supposed to. It is it's own line item on the QC1 checklist when the car is going through PDI.
