Cable run CD Changer to console

Hey guys

anyone have a diy as to where to run an 18 gauge singe cable from the console cabin area (radio/hvac/steering wheel area) to the CD changer on an R53?

running my mic cable for my GROM unit finally

From radio, down inside of IP to under front console, under front console, under rear console, under rear seat cushion to RHS of car, under RHS rear quarter panel into trunk.
