How to Remove Rear Seatbacks?

I'm trying to remove the rear interior panels to install new speakers. The rear seatback anchors go through the panels so I need to remove the seatbacks as well. I've been able to detach the seatbacks in the center between the two seatbacks but I can't figure out how the seatbacks are held at the sides. Can anybody tell me how to detach them? Thanks.

Remove the 10mm bolt from the rear side of the seatbacks (located between the backs). Pull upward on the drivers side first. that will remove the center pivot point from which you loosened the bolt. Lay the seat back forward to ~45 degrees, then wiggle the back while pulling it toward the center of the car. It will ease out of the pivot socket on the side panel. With that side removed, look at the center mounting bracket, there is a little catch that holds the other side in. Flip the catch forward to release, then wiggle out the side....does that make sense? once you start, you'll see how it works.
Good luck. It is really easy.

...by the way, replacement has to be done in the exact reverse.
