Hey guys looking to add a little more bass to my r56 any decent priced ideas? Replace the stick 6x9 or ad a small sub?

This is definatily the best thing you can do. Helped out a ton! That being said, the system is still a little weak. I have not done anything about it yet though. I'd like to switch something out to help as well. Maybe just a speaker swap or something, but again I haven't given it much time to educate myself on the matter.

I did swap out the 6x9s and put in 6x9 subs.. Not really common but It does sound good to my liking. I think the main reason you don't see this done much is there are not a lot of companies that make 6x9 subs so to speak.. Theres not a huge demand for them. But the reason I went this route was I wanted to keep my boot free of all space. I should also mention I added a little sub amp.. I am surprised how well the 6x9s sound in the bass response respect. Sure im not going to blow out my back window but im not looking for nose bleed bass either.. Just a little bump in the trunk! lol..

I like the sound.. To be honest..Im a bit shocked on how well they sound! There are a few companies that make them. Tang Bang makes them, also CDT makes some 6x9 subs. Also black diamond.. Tang Bang seems to be what a lot have used. Let me see if I can get a few pics up for yah!
