Hi guys,

I am trying to figure out how you guys use to route the power wires and how you hid it towards the back.

I am also trying to see how you guys routed the preamp to the amp.

Could someone share?

Anyone? I am sure I am not the only DIYer here. I tried searching but old threads don't have pictures and if they do, it doesn't show much.

 

I ran the power down the right side of the car, and the RCA signal down the left. Tapped a line out converter into the rear speaker wires behind the driver's side kick panel, and also got my remote from a 12v switched source there too. My amp is under the rear carpet in the boot where the stock jack/tow hook was. I'm never going to use the stock jack but I put the tow hook in my glove box in case I ever need it...

What stock system do you have? Standard, Hi-Fi, or Harmon Kardon?

 

I have 06 bone stock CD stereo I am pulling out.

Finished making amp rack. Need to carpet it.

Gotta figure out how I am going to route wires.

 

So your putting your own headunit in, or using the stock one?

 

I am putting in a new unit. What rims r those in you sig, two250? I like them lots.
