Ipod and phone stopped working in 2010 clubman

The system in my 2010 Clubman no longer acknowledges my Iphone or Ipod.
The tuner works and so does the CD player.
Is there a way to reset the computer?
Wishful thinking?
I hate going to the dealer-

Same thing just happened to me - something about an inner computer problem the dealer has to fix.
