iTouch mounting bracket from Cravenspeed
I ordered the above from outmotoring. It seems like a simple install - just mount it with the existing bolts on the backside of the tachometer. It's a phillips head bolt - only problem is getting a screwdriver to it - it's tight.
Any suggestions on the right tool for the job?

here is a link to instructions that state how to take off the Tach.
This is the instruction for one of the Tach mounted brackets from Craven Speed.

If it did not say in the instructions you really need to take the Tach off the steering column to get to the screws. I don't have instructions for that but if you contact Craven speed directly Kevin (i think that is his name) is very willing to assist customers with that sort of thing.

I had mine mounted up above the steering wheel, but I have since swung it down - it bounced around a bit up there. Now that the bracket rests against the steering column it does not bounce. And to your question, isthar, it now sits lower and is more discreet and out of the way...
Not the greatest pic, but I think you get the idea...

I have this:
Cravenspeed Universal "Scissor" Mount Kit.
I liked this one since just about anything will fit in it.
