I have an interesting problem and I am pretty sure I read someone else having something similar, but for the life of me I cannot find it no matter what search terms I use.

I have the H/K with RDS (which I assume functions the same as the other radios) and several stations use RDS here. If I tune or scan to one of a few stations, I get the RDS signals displayed on the radio. The same station on a preset will not display the data, I can scan up and back down and bam, RDS display again. Also, just last night, I started having an issue where if I went to a station via a preset, it was normal (although with no RDS) but if I scanned up from the next lowest station, the next station in the presets sound and RDS data came up. For example, Preset 1-5 is 105.1, preset 1-6 is 106.1, if I hit 1-6, 106.1 tunes correctly, if I am on 1-5, 105.1 and scan up to 106.1, it stops there, shows 106.1 for a second, but plays the sound from preset 2-1, 93.9, as well as the RDS data for 93.9.

Maybe I just need to reset the radio or at least re do the presets?

That sounds weird... Have you checked out the radio manual? There is a full manual that comes in your package just for the radio. Check that out and see if it mentions anything. If not, the dealer will most definitely replace the unit (or fix it) for you...
