I am looking at a 2007 MCS that has everything but the Hi-fi stereo I was just wondering if it is possible to the new H/K radio. I have it in my '04 and love it so I would love to get the 10 speaker in this. What it seems to me is it will be a amp and the pillars that I will need (plus the speakers). I was just wondering if someone has when from the 6 to 10 speaker system before?

 

Going from the Base System to the latest H/K system will not be easy as there is major wiring harnesses that need to be upgraded as well as the amp and speakers.

If you had the HiFi system then it is just a mater of plug an play.

There is an OEM amp upgrade kit that adds and alpine amp and changes the speakers of the Base System though check it out here.
