Head unit?

I am a newbie. Just bought my 2003 MCS a week ago. So here is my noobie ?. How can I tell if I have the HK unit or not? I have searched and haven't found an answer yet.

the head unit is the same.look at the speakers on the doors if its harmon kardon they will say it on the speakers.

Yep - the speaker surrounds will be silver, and say Harmon Kardon on the bottom. The rear speaker covers will be silver as well.
