Hello all,

I've had my MCS for three weeks now and its been a joy so far.

Just this afternoon I got in the car and the USB and Phone have gone non-operational.

The icons for both the USB and Phone are now displaying "--".

Up till now the USB has been flawlessly operating an iPod Nano.

The BT was connected to my Treo 700p by the Dealer's Service Rep.

It worked well but I have used it only a dozen times since getting the car.

Right now I have the battery cables disconnected and I'm waiting 20-30 min, hoping for a reset and for things to get better.

Any other suggestions?

Disconnecting the battery may not correct the problem. If it does not then you will need to bring it in to your dealer to have it checked.

There have been reports that the Treo 755p break/overload the Mini Bluetooth system. I am not sure aabout any reports for the Treo 700p

The resident expert on these phones is nicknbecka and hopefully he will be able to give you some more info on this. Please be patient as some people are on vacation this weekend.

Last night after re-setting the vehicle's electronics everything came back to life.

Yeah!

BTW I had updated the Treo's firmware before picking up the MCS, so I was on trying to follow the advice of the forum.
