That's an older link! That list is incomplete.

Here's the new (more complete) list on Bimmernav:

It's a V3, but seems pretty much the same body as the old one. Same size, but gray vs the old silver.

I just got off the telephone and apparently the Razr V3m has it's charger port flipped from the basic Razr. So the part we had thought would fit will not work....thanks Verizon...crap.

Ok......I just bought the Verizon RAZR2 V9M which is one of the phones listedon the wirelessmini site.

I spent 20 minutes on the phone with my dealer's parts department today (most of it on hold). At first he said if I did not have the Nav System, I could not use the cradle. I told him that is absolutely false and that the two have nothing to do with each other. He then decided to actually look it up in his computer.

The next bomb he threw was "Sorry, but all the options for the Clubman are different from the Coupe and none of the options were available yet". (This guy is a real peach, huh?) I said: "OK, forget I ever said I own a Clubman. Pretend I own a coupe. How much is the cradle?". I was back on hold while he called BMW America (whereever that might be). He came back on the line and said that none of the cradles are available.

I said, wait a minute. MINI just sold me a 1,500 dollar option that they do not have the parts to make it work? With a slight piroette, he then told me if my salesman had told me it would work, I should call him. At that point, my daytime minutes were dripping away so I gave up on this dude. You gotta give him credit though. He sure can dance!

I called my sales guy tonight and he said he will get to the bottom of it and call me back. (which I think he will do)

I will update.......

SOOOO, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND THE CRADLE FOR THE RAZR2 v9m? HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY SEEN THIS PARTICULAR CRADLE IN THE FLESH (or plastic)?

Thanks, Rich

Try Morristown Mini or some of the other dealers. I had a similar issue getting black covers for the OEM driving lights. My dealer just kept saying you can't by them separately. In reality they just didn't want to have to contact Mini and get the part number since it's not listed in their system.

About a month after I had my car in for a few minor things and mentioned it not working. They found the cradle was defective, and over-nighted a replacement, which has worked great ever since.

Minidrivr, What model RAZR do you have?
- Is it the V3 or the V9m?
- What was the part number for the cradle you purchased?

I spoke with the parts department at Classic MINI in Ohio today. Very nice people. I gave him the part number for the cradle which I found in another thread here for the RAZR2 V9m which is: 84 21 0 442 784.

He did some checking to make sure it would fit my 08 Clubman S and came back on the line and said it would and that it was the correct part for my car and the V9m. So I have ordered it from him. (he also gave me a NAM discount which was really cool of him to do.

Anyway, I would sure like some independent confirmation that this cradle will work with the V9 phone.

Thanks, Rich

OK, so maybe the part number I have is for the V9. Thanks.
