Removing Panel to Access Pass-through on Left-side of Center Stack

There is a pass-through on the left side of the center stack for running power connectors to the cigarette lighter. However, there is a plastic panel on the backside of the recess under the toggles between the cigarette lighter and this pass-through opening. How should one remove this panel? Does it just snap in and out? If so, what's the best way to leverage that without busting something?

It pops out with a little prying. If I remember correctly, it is held in by 4 clips. I think I just used my fingers to pull it out, but you might try the fabled screwdriver wrapped in electrical tape if you don't have a spudger.

Thanks for the tip! I'll try not to break it.
