If you have the phone buttons on your mfsw then this will give you bluetooth

If you have the 3 spoke mfsw without phone buttons then this will do

I have an aftermarket Bluetooth integration from a slightly older Motorola system that uses NewMINIStuff's tie into the factory radio for playing the audio over the speakers. It's a great thing to have when driving. I don't have the tie into the MFSW buttons, but there is a little remote that I put down near the hand brake.
