I have a 2003 cooper s with nav.It came with a 2002-1 map cd.It worked fine but i wanted to update to newer disc.I updated to a BMW 2007-1 disc.The unit works with no problem but there is no POI.If you follow directions as in instruction manual the screen goes blank and then goes back to the map.I tried the original 2002 disc and now that is not showing POI and does the same and screen goes blank and back to map.I have now purchased a 2006 MINI disc as I thought this would solve the problem.It does the same.The maps and destination inputs work fine but there is no POI.Screen goes blank and back to map.anyone out there got any idea's.Thanks,Danny

Before I can fully answer your question, we first need to determine exactly what hardware and software levels your Nav unit has. The easiest way to do this is to go to the Settings screen and tell us what version shows up. Examples of what you might see are: 3-1/63 or 4-1/80.

Post that info and we'll instantly know a lot more about what is and isn't possible.
