Navigation & Audio XM sureconnect coupler kit, how to install in 05 MINI S?
Looks like it integrates through FM radio, which means it's not going to be the best solution when it comes to audio quality. For most XM receivers you can install an aux jack and go through that. This is nice in that you can use receivers with nice displays and move it easily between cars. The aux jack will provide much better quality then any FM integration.
Another method is to use the Blitzsafe adapter with XM Direct. This emulates the factory Sirus solution, but at a much lower cost. Except for the antenna, it's completely hidden, doesn't require any tools to install and can be done in less then 30 minutes. All controls go through the radio and MFSW, but you do loose a full display (only limited name/title information come through on the factory radio display). I have this and really like it.
