I have my iPod Touch connected through the MINI iPod adaptor and it works great. One other nice thing is that whereas the older iPods are completely "locked up" when connected to the iPod adaptor, the Touch still lets you use all of the non-music applications, and the "standby" screen you get on the Touch when it's connected to the iPod adaptor shows the name of the song that's currently playing, instead of just "OK to Disconnect", or whatever it is the older iPods say when connected to the adaptor.
are you talking about for the factory kit? do you have the aux input or the ipod adapter? for the aux kit yes for the ipod adapter it will be the DIN connector that plugs into the bottom and is part of the factory install.
