Bluetooth - MFSW kit from newministuff

Does anyone have this bluetooth, hands free kit that integrates with the MFSW from www.newministuff.com ?

http://www.newministuff.com/new/shop...uctshow&id=256

I'm about to order this kit and would appreciate feedback from anyone who has purchased/installed it.

thanks

Agreed. It took me maybe half an hour to install - piece of cake. Love it, wouldn't be without it.

I ordered it yesterday, thanks for the vote of confidence. Can you tell me more about the sensitivity of the microphone to road noise, wind noise, etc. Can the person on the other end of the call hear you OK when your windows are down at speed? Where did you mount your microphone?

My GPS has worked really nicely in bluetooth mode, but when a call comes in, I have to change the radio manually to aux mode.... it will really be nice for this to happen automatically.

thanks again

The windows have to be up, I think. I'm honestly not much of a person to drive around with the windows down at freeway speeds. But I would imagine it wouldn't work well with the windows down.

No system is going to work worth a flip with the windows down. At 55 mph, I can talk to my wife but I do have to speak up a little. However, it does work. The MINI is just a noisy car in the cabin.

One way to solve the noise issue is to use a Bluetooth headset. I bought one of these, though the fit isn't that great for me--it's too customizable with the numerous ear pieces and ear hooks. I'm still tweaking it, but the video demo is certainly impressive.
