I have a '07 mini with bluetooth, and I have a lg 8100 cell phone with bluetooth. I can pair and connect just fine. I can even call out and hear the person I am calling loud and clear; however, the person I am calling or the person who is calling me cannot hear me at all. I closed the windows, turned the car off and sat in parking lot whilst dialing my friend outside of the car and there is absolutely NO sound from me talking going to his phone. Is there a microphone turn on button? Is there something I am missing, any info would be appreciated.

Its actually my gf's car and she isn't too stoked on me taking it apart. Gonna have it taken by the service department today.
