165v3e look under products

165v3
actually, the spec sheets are like apples and oranges because of the different format, but I believe the v3e is an updated and slightly improved version of
the v3 which is no longer made.

thanks! i hope it works/fits the same. there is one very obvious thing that i can see so far. The 4" has only 2 mounting tabs instead of 4.

I have the E version with the four tabs on the midrange. I had to cut one tab off for it to fit.

I was chatting with Brian @ ORCA about a 3 way k2 power version... im not sure it would come out but if you ran a 4 channel, one on a k2p 4" component set and 1 on a 6.5" midbass driver you could easily make the setup work... I'll post pics of the install with the v3rs, I can't wait. Will be powering it with some very cool amps as well. I guess their website isn't updated yet but the v3r is most definitely in stock. If you need to bs with anyone about 3 way custom setups, etc. etc. I have done it all, active crossovers, time correction, biamp, triamp, you name it. lol. Anyway, if anyone lives in south florida and needs a quality audio shop, ours just opened up. PM me if you need anything!

have fun!
Josh
