Hi all...I'm thinking of putting a set of Infinity Reference 6022si speakers the rear of my cabrio. Anyone have any experience with these, or know enough to say whether it's a good idea? How would the sound be different? It's an 06 with the HK system. Thanks.

 

Try doing some searching about what the rear speakers are for H/K.

I think they are dual voice coil 6x9 speakers.

The cabrio has different rear speakers for H/K.

Infinity Reference 6022si are 2 way 6.5" shallow mount speakers.

Standard speakers may not function properly with the H/K rear speaker wiring or DSP settings.

 

I chose these because the cabrio has that size rear speakers, plus they are 2 ohm impedance, and are two way as opposed to the single driver setup in there now.
