I think this might be me after tasting a few of the HOT chilis everyone seems to talking about.
Just a note....sometimes HOT is just HOT. To impress my votes....you'll want to make a chili with FLAVOR.

"Beyond Bribery"???? Geez....you might set a standard I'm unwilling to meet. I say this now...hear me LOUD and clear.....I CAN be bought. I'm VERY expensive (ask my husband); but I can be bought.
(too bad, I've designed the judging to be blind, so there would be no way I'd know who's chili is whose....maybe I am self-regulating )
I'm off to build the ballots....so much work...so LITTLE time til the dragon (yippie)

A man after my own heart...as long as by Emeralds you mean Sapphires.
OK, I've done some database building today (don't ask) and I've learned a couple of things....
1. TOO many people are signing up to bring crackers!!! 'cuse me....please check the list and let me know if you are going to bring something needed like SALAD, Veggies, the like???
2. There are currently 9 entered chilis!!! Yippie!! If you are bringing more than yourself, please let me so I can get my count right.
3. Not nearly enough people are RSVping....people, don't make me come to your house and move the mouse for you!!! <EVIL GRIN>
Ok...Let's get to RSVPing.

I think if OK, that I will now not cook on site, as it will take several hours to make a good chili, and I don't want to forego the other events. I think others are cooking at home, transporting to the Dragon on ice , and then heating in a crock pot right before the event,,,Right?
