Well, I don't cook, but we'll be happy to supply other food items, so that we can enjoy all the great chili!

What should we bring?

Me too...I plan to attend, but will not cook chili, so I can contribute salad or dessert or something else for the potluck.

Good point! Due to popular demand, I will bring chili!

And I am thinking maybe the 3-alarm kind to match the firey, zainoed Chili on my Cooper.

Yeah, you don't get so easily either Koolmini.... Where's your chili?!?!?

I'll let my wife handle the organizing but I'll bully people into bringing the chili!

I just read the updated first post, how many do you think will be there for Chili? I was thinking that there are going to be 150-200 people at the Dragon??? but don't see near that many on your list for the chili party? I was planning on cooking up a "big" pot (Turkey fryer pot) on site, but if there are only going to be 40-50 that will be way too much with all the other chili's there??
Let me know please how much you think I should prepare
Best always

The list on page one is only those people who have siad they will be providing materials for the event and not attendees. We're estimating at least 100 people, so plan on making a minimum of 1 gallon of chilli please.

Everyone wishing to enter their Chili recipe, please be sure to go to the Dragon Events page to sign up for the Dragon's Breath Chili Cook-Off. All competing chefs will receive a custom Dragon's Breath Chili Cook-off Apron!!!

If attending, but not competing, please complete the RSVP, and check to see what others are bringing for the Potluck before listing your dish, to ensure a varied menu.

Here's the link: https://www.northamericanmotoring.com/dragon/chili.php

Thanks so much!

OK I paid my fee and entered theChil Cookoff, do I need to register as an attendee also?
Ryephile, If I cook on the spot, it will be difficult to make the exhaust shootoff, is it in the same place? , Someone will need to stir the pot!

I live in PA and I registered my Chili on-line today. Wonder if that was me who forgot to put their user name? If so sorry about that.

The PA register was Driving Hamster. Yes, sweetie, you forgot to put in your user name...but fortunately I know who you are.....LOL......

(really need to find an evil grin smiley)

Alrighty....I'm getting excited for the cook-off....starting to wonder if my taste buds are up for some of the heat....I might be the whimp on the panel.

Hugs,
PB
