There is so much wrong here, I don't even know where to start.
1) Please disclose the salvage title issue. What caused the title branding?
2) This is not a JCW car. This is an S. It appears to have the JCW tuning kit on it, but it isn't a JCW.
3) The car is not fully loaded - it doesn't even have a sunroof or navigation.
Is the Mechanical an engine or other? Salvage titles typically means a flood car. Not hating on you, just trying to set the record straight.
Definatly an S with just the tuning kit and if you have the dealer tag on the hood indicating the software flash, then it is a JCW Tuned car. A true JCW car has a JCW speedo, center instrument ring and the JCW breaks front and rear (red), aero kit, special shifter stalk, side scuttles and so on...so calling it a true JCW is misleading and might get this listing pulled.
Other than that, the color and interior looks sweet. I have not seen that color combo before and I do like it. If I can get clear answers on the above, then I might want to talk price a little. No where near the 20k though. Just being honest.

Calling it a JCW was my mistake, as that is what I was told by a friend that’s supposed to know some stuff about Minis. Clearly he doesn’t know enough...I saw the car roughy a year ago on auction for a good price, said it was running and driving, small dent on the quarter panel but a rebuilt title. I took the chance and lost out a little, the car was not running and driving as there was practically no clutch at all, couldn’t even put it in gear, hence the reason for the rebuilt. The car was a 100% not flooded, not involved in an accident other than the small quarter panel dent that’s been professionally fixed. The price is negotiable, not being a JCW obviously means it’s a bit less, but nothing crazy. Regular Cooper S’ with more miles go for $20/22k +, this one having the exhaust and tuning kit is an extra $2k on the low end, and only 5k original miles.

If it's only got 5K original miles and had a major mechanical problem, why would it get branded rebuild and auctioned off instead of MINI doing the warranty work? If it's just there was a clutch problem, MINI 100% would have just changed it under warranty. I have a friend who had a whole new engine installed in his under warranty. Something definitely fishy about this car.
Your price is also pretty out to lunch on this. it having a rebuild title seriously devalues the car as some insurance companies wont insure them. No way is this car worth what you are asking.

Having a rebuilt title does devalue the car but it does not cut the price in half. Sorry for your friend that had to replace the engine, bad luck on him. A dealer doesn’t replace a clutch under warranty when it’s a wear issue, and when a car goes through insurance, they don’t take it apart to look at what’s exactly wrong with it, it didn’t drive, they’re not going to tear into it to assess the problem. Also pretty much every insurance company will insure the car, I’ve had rebuilt title cars before, E92 M3, E46 M3, a Lexus, never had a problem with insurance with any company.
