What happened to the aero rear?

The car has the front bumper and side skirts from the factory aero bodykit, but the rear bumper is the standard S bumper, not the aero bumper.

 

This is the way I purchased the car in 2010. Not sure what you mean entirely, but that's all the info I have. I thought the black aero inserts, where the bike rack posts are, is from the aero kit bumper. Unsure.

Besides the styling, another difference is the plastic grilles where your bike rack is are only decals on the aero bumper. The pieces were also available separately so the previous owner either bought only those pieces, had some damage or didn’t like the look and replaced it with a regular S bumper, or bought the kit and left it off.

I think the stock rear bumper works with the rest of the aero kit and only somebody who knows the kit would see the bumper is missing. I missed buying the full kit when they were on close out a couple of years ago, but I was planning on installing the 3 pieces like your car and selling the rear.

Anyway, good luck with your sale as the car looks super clean and at a great price for a JCW vert with that low of mileage and good options like the chrono gauge pack and HK sound.
