What's the deal with American buyer of a Canadian car? Posting that information would help potential buyer evaluate.

 

Canadian dollar is terrible right now. Figure if it really comes down to it I can afford to give an American buyer a deal that makes it worth their while to import it while still doing better than I would selling it up here.

 

I meant in terms of paperwork and being registered in the states? Any issues with that process?

 

I'm only familiar with the import process from the other way around (American car into Canada) so I couldn't give you an exact answer. I have a family friend in the used car business who sells to american buyers on a regular basis so I would assume it is pretty straightforward, however. If you or anyone else is interested in the car I would be more than happy to figure out the specifics.

 

Bump. Like I said, the car is located only 10 minutes from the border. Certainly worth the trip for you NY folk. I can't see anyone being disappointed if they come see it. Car is super clean in and out. Willing to entertain reasonable offers as well. This a sweet ride just in time for the spring.

 

Price drop to $10375. Car will only be in its current location for the next 2 weeks or so. After that I will be moving it to another storage location about 25 min from the border.
