Selling my mint condition 2009 Mini Cooper S; love the car but with my child getting older its getting too small for us and we need a bigger car. Clean title in hand.

I bought this in 2012 as a certified used car from Mini of San Francisco, it had low miles when I purchased it, lots of oil changes and an extended warranty and maintenance plan. The Mini certified warranty and service plan expires October of this year.
It has had extra oil changes in between the regular engine oil changes as I believe in good servicing, so around 6000 per oil change, synthetic oil and high quality oil filter.

Car currently has around 51100 miles on it and these will increase as the car is still being used. The car is in amazing shape, I baby my cars and it shows. A couple of small marks on the car which I've listed closely in the high res picture link provided below. The car is completely stock. Options installed are the cold weather package with folding mirrors and heated seats. Hood stripes, factory clear bra on the front and on the trunk/bumper lip. Car has Mini floor mats.
Also included is a space saver spare tire for the trunk which is good if you go camping etc when there is no help if you get a flat.
Front tires were new around October and are high quality all weather Michelins, rears have about 1/5 tread left and are run flat Continentals.

I am a mature driver and the car has never been abused or raced. I also have driven stick shifts my whole life so no burned up clutches or crunching gears. The car was used for commuting to work and now school run as well.
I get an average of 36.2 miles per gallon, you might get more with more highway driving, always used premium gas of good brand like Shell or Chevron.

Had a long road trip at the weekend so mileage is now 48,700. Car runs great, 37mpg!

Also need to add the car had a new timing chain and tensioners at mini a few months ago, carbon clean and updated HPFP. Have paperwork from mini to show.
