Mileage: 169000

Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (Region): NorthEast

-Auto Climate Control
-Multi function steering wheel (cruise control and radio controls)
Sport Package
-17" S-lites
-Xenon Headlights
-Front fog lights
-Dynamic Stability Control
Lapis Blue Leather Interior with blue carpeting is in excellent shape. I am a pretty small guy, as was the original owner, so the seats are still very firm and supportive. There are no tears or stains, and extreme minimum wear on the driver side bolster.
I bought this car from the original owner about a year ago (9/2013) who had it garage kept and spared no expense on having all repairs and maintenance performed at Tom Bush MINI in FL where she purchased it new. I purchased this vehicle from her with a bad supercharger and in desperate need of a good once over. I originally had plans of parting it out, but it drove far too well, cleaned up much too nice, and I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I brought it with me when I moved back from FL to PA in May of this year.
Work I have performed includes:
-Supercharger replacement (added a 15% pulley at that time as well)
-Headliner and pillars wrapped in black suede (original was sagging)
-Sourced Anthracite sun visors to match headliner
-Replaced driver side window regulator (new from MINI)
-Replaced two run flat tires (all four match and have 50%-75% tread remaining)
-Replaced spark plugs and wires (new from MINI)
-Performed oil service and coolant flush (from MINI, no green coolant here)
-Performed deep interior detail (original owner was a smoker)
-Windshield has been replaced (performed by the dealer body shop)
-Replaced rear wiper blade
Work that could be performed to make this MINI 100%:
-Could use front wiper blades
-Needs a DSC (ABS) module. This is the only thing on this MINI that doesn't work. I have not had time to replace it, however there are several available online for about $150. This doesn't affect the drivability, or any other electronic systems.
Replaced 9/21 and ABS now works
-I have a new charcoal activated cabin air filter (new from MINI), just need to install it.
Installed 9/21
This MINI is a solid runner and looker. I have put about 8k miles since purchasing it last year (including driving from FL to PA) with zero issues. I have owned several MINIs in the past and still own 3 not including this one, and it is a real pleasure to drive. There is absolutely zero rust, and the paint & bodywork is 100% original. I know I have a copy of the car fax somewhere in my records which will be included, title is clean and clear. The only exterior blemishes are a dime sized ding on the hood, and a barely noticeable dent on the boot lid. I have detailed these in the pics.

I just ordered a DSC module, so that will be sorted in the next few days (even though most of you will flick the switch to OFF each time you get in!).

EDIT - I replaced the ABS module and installed the charcoal activated cabin air filter this weekend, and took it for a short ride to the gas station

Bump, make me an offer! I would like to sell this to a MINI enthusiast, and keep it off craigslist/local listings.

Looks like I will be registering this MINI in the next few days so I can start using it again. It really bugs me that it's just sitting when it begs to be driven!

I drove it from my parents place in PA back to NYC last night, and it was an excellent ride Gotta love auto climate and cruise control, and lumbar support (items my other R53 doesn't have). So it is located in NYC now if that helps anyone out as far as viewing this mini, test drives, etc. Feel free to reach me here directly, or through PM!

Took it down to Florida and back for new years and was a blast. This is going to be a nice ride come springtime when you can open the sunroof and wind out the gears
