Update!!! The dealer offered me $12k in trade. Adjusted price to $14,500 OBO.
We bought it new in 2006, and ordered it with the JCW package and Aero kit.
The Aero kit was port-installed, the JCW package was factory installed.
English panther leather seats with heat, and anthracite headliner.
Got it with matte black r105 18" wheels but have 17" Koenig feather in matte black with nice meaty continental DSW rubber, 215/45. Wheels and tires are new with little use and no scratches. Have factory JCW rims and can include if desired.
Premium package
Convenience package
Cold weather package
Sport Package
Harmon Kardon premium sound
19mm HK rear sway bar
TSW linear rate springs, lowered the car about 1"
Billet adjustable lower rear control arms allow the rear to be aligned properly
Stainless resonator delete
New poly control arm bushings
Poly upper engine mount
New factory lower engine mount
Oil pan gaskets, power steering hoses, and water pump replaced recently
All fluids, filters, and spark plugs brand new
Road debris caused some dents and parking lots brang the door dings. All of which have been fixed, and the car freshly painted using OE quality paint.
Looks hot, runs perfect.
Bonnet stripes are matte and painted on.
Paid $40k new.
Have Carfax in hand, no accidents.
This car is ready for the track, and ready for the road. I love this car. But the GP has caught the wife's eye so it may be time for a new one.
There are a few minor exterior flaws that I will have fixed, or subtract from asking price.
Windows are tinted medium dark, panoramic roof is tinted super dark, using nanotech tint material.
Located in Las Vegas, this car has no rust at all.
This is my wife's car. The majority of the mileage is freeway driving. To be perfectly honest, when I drive this car I throw it into corners. It has been driven, but not abusively. The shifter was not slammed through the gears by a young kid not understanding of the consequences. This has been our baby, but a very fun to drive baby.
If I don't sell it I won't cry. Just sayin'

A very sweet young lady was referred to my listing by our common mechanic, Kensington Motor Car of Las Vegas.
She got a thumbs up recommendation from the shop, but after driving said it was too much for her.
I think she was turned off by the vibration and rattle caused by the hard engine mount. I am happy to install a factory mount to solve that problem.
This car is definitely not a soft, cushy ride. But it is also not incredibly jarring or harsh. The tire/wheel combo I installed recently actually smoothed it out notably over the factory setup, and although the springs are linear they did not drastically change the ride "softness" for lack of better wording.
The HK sway bar is set to its stiffest setting, but can be adjusted to soften up the ride a bit if you want.
The 208hp of the JCW engine is a bit much for the hydraulic factory mount, and when driving the car spiritedly the engine would move a bit in the engine bay. The hard mount solved that and made the car handle that much better. But some may prefer the softer mount.
Just sayin.

There are two minor exterior flaws. Drivers side rocker panel and a scratch on the drivers rear 1/4 panel.
I was quoted $250 to resurface and paint the 1/4 panel to match, and the scratch I couldn't imagine costing more than $150 or so.
Anyhow, here are pics of that. If be happy to fix first if a proper offer is made.

Here is the engine bay. It's a little dirty but nothing a little wipe down can't fix. You can see the M7 strut tower brace as well

Here you can see the SPC adjustable lower control arms in the rear. Makes for proper alignment with lowered springs
