Fantasic looking Classic Mini ! I keep scanning NAM and the Web for such a great car. But, like so many, my wallet is empty.

Biting lip... Situation may improve this summer. Must wait for any check...

I have seen a similar Mini, likely in the condition of yours before you started your restore, for $10+k. Fully restored one on-line for $15+k and "souped up" ones for $20+k.

I will keep checking back. In the mean time, I wish good fortune that you work out a good deal.
