2006 MINI Cooper S JCW Astro Black

Sad but true. We have to depart from our 2nd car, Mini, to relocate to NYC.
We can't take it with us so we need to sell it.

This is fully loaded. Very well kept. 6 speed manual. Has ONLY 4,500 miles on it. Yes it's that new! Warranty is till 50,000 miles.
I'm bummed about it but one car has to go. No mods were done. Chrome mirror caps. Includes Yakima racks, one bike tray and wheel holder with locks that will come with it.

Asking $26900k OBO
email me at gadgetboy32@yahoo.com

Free bump if you answer a question about the rack - how noisy is it when driving at highway speeds - any whistling? (I'm in the market for a rack system and considering this set-up or the Tule)
Thanks.

It's pretty quite with the racks on

Just make sure you buy the fairing, makes a huge difference.

Very nice car . . . just like I'd order one. Sadly, out of my price range.

Couple of edits / questions: you list "leather" in your posting, while the window sticker (in your link) says leatherette and the sticker lists the wheels as being the S-Lites, while the pictures show the web-spokes?

Best of luck with the sale (and the move). What prompts the move from left-coast to right-coast? Job, I'm assuming?

Looks like the seats are leatherette in the pictures, too.

Also I didn't realize the S lite wheels was on the sticker, I guess they switched them to web spokes.

Aw....your car is almost like mine! If I was a little more patient, I might have ended up buying yours (bought mine on Dec 2nd) and would have saved a ton of $$$.

Just curious, what is the % of tint on your windows?

Nice car.

More clarification- In another thread here in the Marketplace, it says you sold your '06 MCS JCW to get an Audi. Is this car sold?

Congrats on the sale of a beautiful car . . . I was considering your car instead of the convertibles I'd been looking at.

I bought it!

I was lucky to get the car!!
My 2nd MINI

I still have my 2003 MCS BRG at the dealer for over a month in Fail-Safe Mode and they cannot fix the problem. I had just replaced the clutch and bearings and paid $3k for service, drove it for a day and it shut down. The dealer of course is saying that it is "Not out fault" and since it is out of warranty, I am stuck waiting for them to repair it and waiting to see what the bill will be.

When it is back, I will be selling it. It is a very clean car w/ a $3K Alpine sound sytem in it.
