i'm sorry to hear that.. but if it were me, i'd keep the mini to keep me happy :/ although i completely understand when you can't keep a mini, you can't keep a mini :(

 

Sorry to hear it, I've seen the rough times riends have gone through following divorce.


I know how much you looked forward to its arrival and then all the fun you've had with it. At least you where able to enjoy it while it lasted be thankful for that, maybe someday another MINI will come your way. Abd stick around on NAM

 

I made the post and then was given a peace warrant and I can not contact her for 30 days. I can not even E-mail her or post her E-mail address. There is no way to conatct her to find out how much the pay off on the note is. Thus no way to sell MIB. I guess BMW financial will reposess the car.

 

Have your lawyer contact her.

 

That is exactily what I plan on asking amongst other things.
