I have not weighed it but the plans list the above weights in the specs. I pushed it to the street to take the pictures with very little effort.

 

I'm 6'3" and it is much better that a pup tent. The sleeping area is 4' x 6'5".

I built it. I have over 500 hours in it. It was my second and did it for the fun of it, and hoping to make a little spending money.

It is all real Oak.

They really do get attention for about 6 months me, my SSR, and teardrop were the cover of the Arizona State Parks website.
