I'm so very sad :( --- 04 Indi Blue Cooper S

http://homepage.mac.com/gescobar/mini.html

I'm leaving the country in the end of July to go teach English in Japan. I'm incredibly excited about the opportunity, but absolutely heartbroken to get rid of my car. In a few years when I come back, I certainly hope there is another new MINI waiting for me... that or a Cayman S.

The car is with me in Rochester, NY and will be in PA for all of June and July. I'll sell it in either location, but closer to PA is much better.

Give her a good home, and the 19% pulley and GIAC that I wish I could have given her had I the time.

Asking 19,750. All she needs is a new set of rubber in a month or so.

89 views and no comments? What am I doing wrong?

Too much? Too little? Not enough pictures?

FWIW, I'm looking at an '05 with 20k miles for the same $$ - shorter gearing, LSD, half the miles. :-/ Sorry, but that's the market as it sits today. I wish I could get Indi Blue though....favorite color.

If that's the case, jump on it! Sounds like a good deal. Of course, if it falls through then let me know because we all know Indi Blue is sexier than _____ in a prom dress/tuxedo depending on your preference.

I guess I'll wait a bit, see what happens in PA. Maybe CarMax wants a nice clean MINI

that car does look nice. I wish it had the sports package. needing new tires would cut into my budget as well :(

good luck on the sale tho... looks like a fun car.

The mods are what would turn me off. Most people would rather buy an unmodified car for the same price

The only performance mod the car has is a one-ball conversion...which is barely a mod. The icelink doesn't count as a mod at all, IMO. The pulley and GIAC are the mods he wishes for.

$19K might be a tad high... miles are reasonable, tho...

Give those front wheels a washing!

Mods? I have the stock exhaust if you'd like to put it back on. Its just a oneball with nice fitments. The Icelink is just so you can listen to your ipod, that can be removed as well.

The front wheels are washed in the other pictures, I just really like the look of my car on top of the roof. Check out the other pic link on that page I made, it has a few more cool pictures of the car all nice and clean!

As for the sport package, the only thing you'd get that I don't have is the 17in rims (too heavy) and the DSC (too intrusive). I specifically got the car w/out that package for those reasons. Oh well, someone will want it someday I hope! :(

My bad....I didn't catch that those were wishes

But 19k seems fairly reasonable on price to me...I just saw an 04 in the paper this morning and they were asking just shy of 23k, it was a dealer but it that is still sky high

Agreed

I'm undercutting any dealership price by a few thousand.

Update, car is currently and will be staying in Allentown, PA until sold. Asking price has been lowered to 19,550. Looking to sell as soon as possible!
