The car comes with official BMW MINI JCW authenticated documentation. All service has been done on time and at the dealer except the oil was changed at 2000 miles to avoid microparticles in the engine.

The car is privately owned and has always been driven by a responsible adult. It has never been smoked in and has never been driven in snow. You mention that it does NOT have limited slip diff, but don't all JCW cars automatically get the limited slip with the JCW package? You may want to correct that.

I think it might not have it if it's dealer installed, as long as you didn't order the limited slip and you have it dealer installed then I don't think it would have LSD.
