FS: MINI Cooper S race car, DAILY DRIVER loaded too much to list 265hp

NOW ASKING 18,500!!!!! wife is now pregnant need to sell, im paying money out of my pocket to sell!!!
was asking 19,800 obo
ORIGINALLY ASKING 21,500
Endyne Head - this is the nicest head I have ever seen. This sucker has .5 oversized intake and 1mm oversize exhaust valves. There are over 30 hours of porting and polishing that I had done here, in house. I watched it go from the usual port and polish to a free flowing mirror finish. Unbelievable!!

Shrick Race Cam

Endyne Supercharger - theoldone.com- This thing is WICKED!! As you can see they weld up the air relief ports which gets you a little more boost. The only downside here is that it creates a louder supercharger. I think it sounds awesome though, like a true hot rodded supercharger should sound.
19% Supercharge Pulley - Why go with any less???

0% Lightweight Crank Pulley
Stainless Header- It\'s a little loud but WOW does it flow!!

Alta Catback Stainless Exhaust

Alta Cold Air Intake with Blue Silicone Intake Hose

Poly Motor Mount Bushings

2005 Transmission - close ratio 6 speed, Big improvement over the earlier trannies.

Lightweight Flywheel

Stage 2 Clutch

Quaife Limited Slip Differential

Madness Water to Air Intercooler - This is great for keeping the air as cool as possible and also looks very clean. You\'ve got the great looking polished top mount intercooler, the front mount additional intercooler, all the blue silicone hoses and a stand alone electric water pump. There\'s also the ultra cool Billet overflow tank on the firewall. Also includes and onboard temp gauge which can monitor both in and out intercooler temps. It is mounted just under the center console area, youll see it in the iterior pics!

JCW Cooper Works Bumpers - Front and Rear - Who wants to look stock??

Orciari Side Skirts

Zeemax 3 Piece Wing - Awesome!!

Zeemax Cowl Air Snouts

Zeemax Hood Scoop

05 Xenon Headlights with Blue Protective Film

Aero Grills

Black Powder Coated Gas Door

Blacked Out Door Handles

Blacked Out Belt Line

M7 Carbon Fiber Front Adjustable Splitter

Front & Rear Tow Hooks

Shaved Corner Lights Front & Rear

Carbon Fiber Rear Hatch Handle

Huge Panoramic Dual Pane Glass Sunroof

Leda Fully Adjustable Coilover Suspension - Not only can you raise or lower the car to your preference with ease but there is a **** on each strut body which allows you to adjust the firmness. You simply turn the **** to give the car a softer or firmer ride. These were nearly $3,000 from Madness. Check out the site, Italian Suspension at its finest!!

Madness Adjustable Camber Plates

Madness Fully Adjustable Rear Control Arms - Upper & Lower

Madness Adjustable Rear Sway Bar

Stop Tech/Brembo Big Brake Package with Huge 4 Piston Calipers & Slotted Oversized Rotors all the way around - Can you say \"Stops on a Dime\"?

Team Dynamics 17\" Rims with Yokahoma Tires - I will include center caps. I prefered the no center cap look myself

Ferrari Air Horns

Alta Short Throw Shifter

Whalen Shift ****

Alta Fully Adjustable Drop Links

Odyssey Super Small Lightweight Batter in the Relocated Battery Compartment - This little sucker holds
a charge way better than the huge heavy stock battery ever did. It even surprised me!!

06 Tail Lights - I Love Em!!

John Cooper Works Carbon Fiber Dash - WOW!!!

Black & Blue Heated Leather Seats with Blue Carpet

06 Cooper S Black Headliner & Pillar Kit - Looks Awesome!!

Custom Roll Cage - Functional for safety and still allows for full use of the rear seats in up or down position.

Momo 12\" Steering Wheel & Hub - This is one of my favorite parts of the car. It allows for such precise steering - You\'ll never want to go back to your big semi truck steering wheel again.

Boost Gauge with Real Carbon Fiber Pod - Sits next to the Tach.

Custom Made Black & Blue Leather E Brake and Shifter Boots

Left & Right Glove Box Shelves

Rear Cargo Shelf with Mini Storage Tote & Net

MiniFini Armrest with Storage Area

Fully Loaded Tool Kit

Blue Fire Extinguisher - Mounted under the left rear window

All of the Dash/Interior LED lights have been painstakingly replaced with Blue LEDs - This looks incredible!!

I also wanted a great sound system but didn\'t want to take up any of the Minis valuable cargo space for amps and subs, etc, so I improvised and ended up with a great sounding set up that includes the following!!

Rockford Fosgate Power Amp - The amp is mounted behind the right airbag cover in place of the airbag

Memphis Audio 6 1/4\" Kevlar Component Speakers with 1\" Tweeters and Crossovers - in the doors - These were pricey but I didn\'t want to compromise!!

Alpine Amp - Mounted out of the way, under the right seat.

JL Audio VR Series 6X9\'s - in the rear stock speaker location. I didn\'t want to waste space on a sub and was told by numerous Audio Professionals to use these JL\'s. Honestly you would think by the sound that there is a sub in the back.

Ipod Hook Up in the Glove box

Alpine 9856 CD Player/Tuner/Ipod Controler - This thing is great, not only does it light up in blue to match all of the other dash lights but you can use it to control your Ipod!! The volume **** doubles as an Ipod jog dial.

Color Matched Harmon Kardan Speaker Covers - Front & Rear

JCW Checkerboard Floor Mats - I will also include a set of thick rubber winter style Mini mats as well and a set of the stock cloth mats.

Last but definately not least is the custom paint!! I have always loved the dark silver, that\'s my favorite Mini color something a little extra. It has the House of Kolor, Ultra Mini Rainbow Flake Powder in the 1st coat of clear. You really need to come see it in person to appreciate it. Neither my description or pics do it any justice. It looks like the normal Dark Silver but when the sun hits It takes off into all the colors of the rainbow from the light hitting all of these little microscopic flakes. It is nothing short of awesome. I get compliments on the paint constantly!!

Between the cost of the car, all of the parts, the 100\'s of labor hours spent, the paint work, the countless time invested in wet sanding, buffing and so on, This is the deal of a lifetime for the right person!! Obviously, if you don\'t want people staring, pointing and or drooling then this car won\'t be your cup of tea. This is a real attention getter so buyer beware. I get compliments from everybody - whether they are 8 years old or 80 years old everyone gets a kick out of checking this car out.

Everything on the car is in great shape. There\'s no worn out clutch, no balding tires, no thinning brake pads,I have taken very good care of this car. It is always garage kept and hasn\'t spent a night outdoors since I have owned it. It is never dirty, I can\'t stand a dirty car!! I don\'t beat on my stuff Non-Smoking car so no burn holes or smell.car drives straight as an arrow. I will be honest as well some of the things sacrificed for the cage were sun visors and roof handles. also two struts are leaking but am told they are under warranty. the
car does not have cruise control due to the steering wheel being replaced. other than that ac works great, trans shifts smooth just changed oil 500 miles ago with mobil1 synthetic

Like I said, don\'t let the fact that it\'s customized scare you, it is still as user friendly as a stock mini, if not more. The only differences I can think of are the water to air intercooler is going to need to be topped off with coolant whenever you do your normal radiator check. And the stereo will take you about 15 minutes to figure out if you are using it to run your ipod. I am including the Alpine factory manual so its not that big of a deal- well worth it when you see what all this thing can do!!

THe pics I have, Most of which don\'t do the car justice. It think it is impossible to capture a good shot of the exterior finish. The interior pics showing the blue LED lights are not great. The pic was taken during the day so it just doesn\'t show the true blue glow of the lights. Let me know if there are any specific areas you would like to see more of and I can send pics.
vehicle has a utah rebuilt restored title which is up for inspection to pass for a clear title.

Beautiful car, man. So mean looking, yet so tastefully done and understated. The ultimate sleeper :0). Good luck with the sale.

What does the "restored, rebuilt" title mean? Was this a salvage car? Was it totaled?

yes it was recently on ebay! the upgraded bid brake kit is actually the stop kit with brembo emblems on it. I just barely switched out the brake pads with axis ones. the vehicle will also come with another set of track pads that are set up more for intense braking they 9/32 worth of life left. the ones i just purchased and put on 500 miles ago are more streetable

Wow nice MINI ... you make some healthy claims... you should back them up.. maybe take her to the dyno... or the drag strip and get a MPH... just a thought...

and I love the paint... I truley understand what you mean by needing to see it in person... there is a prismatic flake in the candy we did on StoopidGirl's mini... pictures do it NO justice!

I am shocked to see no one has taken this part of MINI history. It makes 300hp with the stock supercharger and no software.

You also state you have worked with all of the cylinder heads. Where have you done this? I have been watching these boards for quite some time looking for a complete system to build a race car. If you can show me the dyno sheet showing what you say is true, I will pay the asking price for your car as it would definitely beat all of the MINI's I have seen on the track.

Waiting impatiently for your dyno sheets and qualifications.

Like I said earlier i havent had the chance to bring the mini to the track as i race nhra sport compact, and all my time is devoted to that car. would love to have the chance to bring it out larry miller, but unable do to winter season. the work I stated with other cyl heads is on my nhra car. also it is not a stock supercharger. im just trying to sell the car. with amount of work performed on engine im sure the car is capable if properly tuned.

As far as I can tell this is someone wanting to sell their current car and not a vendor trying to promote products...therefore you'll be waiting for dyno sheets. If you are interested in the car and would consider buying it then arrange to take it to a dyno as part of your due diligence effort. Otherwise if you are trying to rain on someone's parade trying to sell their MINI then move on. Prospective buyers will do their own due diligence.

Would it be a problem to register this car in CA ? Will it pass Smog/visual inspection ? Are you the second owner ? Do you have Carfax available ? What is the milage on the vehicle ? Are you panning to fix leaking struts ?

Very interested.

You can pm me or send e-mail to doba_s@yahoo.com

Aleks.

Just wondering if you put this car on eBay? I found a link for pretty much the same exact car here:
