Badlands' rocks

Had a chance to visit South Dakota during Christmas. We were lucky the weather was so nice throughout the whole trip (hi 30's to 40's).

I have to say roads around/in Badlands National Park is one of my most favorite routes of all time.

Really love it and will definitely go back there again.

I was there this past summer. To add to the motoring fun in the Rapid City area try - Spearfish Canyon, Custer National Park and The Needles Parkway (hair pin turns up and down and tunnels through rock) and the routes to Mount Rushmore and Deadwood. The Black Hills scenery and roads are unbelievable. We went there from Upstate New York. The Badlands was fantastic also!
